Carolyn Majda
General Manager – Insurance Services
Joining the team in 2004 as National Marketing Manager, Carolyn took on the role of Marketing & Operations Manager in November 2005 and was recently appointed General Manager – Insurance Services.
With a background in marketing and body corporate management, Carolyn's focus is to develop new and enhance existing relationships within the Real Estate profession along with daily operational issues and working with the Product Development Manager to provide insurance products specifically designed to meet the needs of residential property investors.
Membership of Key 106 and the Australian Institute of Management provide opportunities to further develop the collective skills of the team to ensure we don't lose sight of our aim to always provide exceptional service to our clients.
Qualifications include Cert IV in Business (Marketing)

Alan Jee
Compliance Training and Development Manager
Alan joined Terri Scheer Insurance as State Manager of the Queensland branch in 2005 . He brings a wealth of insurance knowledge and a passion for providing the excellent customer service clients have come to expect from Terri Scheer Insurance.
Alan commenced his career in Brisbane with Royal Insurance and progressed through the ranks to manage the regional Queensland business of their direct arm Australian Pensioners Insurance Agency. Progressing to hold senior leadership roles in both Western Australia and New South Wales has allowed Alan to acquire a wealth of experience in managing and growing diverse operations which provide domestic insurance products for the niche insurer.
Alan has a Diploma of Financial Services (Broking).
